1、 匯報工作說結果Say the results when report work
不要告訴老板工作過程多艱辛，你多么不容易。舉重若輕的人老板最喜歡，一定要把結果給老板，結果思維是第一思維。

2、 請示工作說方案Say details plan when report job
不要讓老板做問答題，而是要讓老板做選擇題。請示工作至少給老板兩上方案，并

3、 總結工作說流程Say process when summarize work
做工作總結要描述過程，不只是先后順序邏輯清楚，還要找出流程中的關鍵點、失誤點、反思點
Summary work report need describe the process, not only oneafter another order and logical clear, but also find out the key points in theprocess, points of failure, points of reflection.
4. 布置工作說標準Say the standard when arrange work
工作有布置就有考核，考核就要建立工作標準，否則下屬不知道如何做，做到什么程度才是最合適的。標準既確立規范，又劃定了工作的邊界。
The work which has the arrangement then have the assessment,must establish the work standard to assessment, otherwise the subordinate doesnot know how to do, achieves what degree is most appropriate. Standardsestablish both rule and work boundaries
4、 關心下屬問過程Care about subordinate staff and inquiry the process
關心下屬要注意聆聽他們的問題，讓其闡述越詳細越好。關心下級就是關心細節，明確讓下級感動的點和面。
Pay attention to your subordinates by listening to theirquestions and making them
as detailed as possible. To care about the subordinate isto care about the details, make clear the points and surfaces which move them.
5、 交接工作講道德Need ethical when handover work
把工作中形成的經驗教訓毫不保留的交接給繼任者，把完成的與未完成的工作分類逐一交接，不要設置障礙，使其迅速進入工作角色。
Transfer the experience from the work to the successorwithout reservation. Sort the completed and unfinished work into categories.Don't set obstacles in the way and move him/her quickly into the work role.
6、 回憶工作說感受Recall work and say your feeling
交流多說自己工作中的感悟，哪些是學到的，哪些是悟到的，哪些是反思的，哪些是努力的。Communicate with others about what your sentiment in work,what you have learned, what your apperception, what you have reflected, andwhat you have worked hard on.
7、 領導工作別瞎忙Don't bustle without plan or purpose when you lead work
不管什么原因，如果此刻你很忙，請你真實的面對自己，該停一停，給自己充充電，進步。
